Do these filters work with my Filtraflow?
Yes — these filters are made specifically for the Filtraflow Smart Digital Water Filter. If you don't have the device yet, you can find it on our Starter Kit page.
What's the difference between the 6-month and 12-month plan?
Both ship on a subscription with no lock-in. The 12-month plan simply works out cheaper per filter (£11.25 vs £12.50) since you're committing to a full year up front.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime — pause a shipment, switch between the 6-month and 12-month plan, or cancel entirely from your account with no phone calls needed.
How will I know when to replace my filter?
The device's on-screen display counts down filter life, so you'll always know when a replacement is due — your next shipment is timed to arrive just before then.
