SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch

All Filtraflow orders are packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times and costs

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

• Orders over £50 — FREE tracked delivery (2–3 working days)
• Orders under £50 — £3.95 tracked delivery (2–3 working days)

Because we hold all stock here in the UK, there are no overseas shipping delays and no customs charges — your order arrives within days, not weeks.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation, contact us at [your support email] and we'll investigate with the courier straight away. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can amend the address any time before dispatch. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address once shipped, but we'll always do what we can to help recover them.
